You agree not to:
CareVault is not a substitute for professional medical care. Information stored in CareVault should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.
AI-extracted data from documents may contain errors. Always verify AI-extracted information against your original documents before relying on it.
You own your data. CareVault does not claim ownership of any health records, documents, or other content you store. We only process your data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss caused by service interruptions. We strongly recommend keeping copies of critical health documents outside of CareVault.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
